Big Tech censored. Corporate media mocked. \u201cFake-checkers\u201d silenced dissent.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"407\" data-end=\"690\">Now, five years too late, Stanford University researchers, funded by the National Institutes of Health, have finally published a study confirming what we\u2019ve been saying all along: mRNA COVID-19 vaccines can trigger myocarditis through a specific, identifiable biological mechanism.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"739\" data-end=\"979\">In a study published December 10 in <a href=\"https:\/\/www.science.org\/doi\/10.1126\/scitranslmed.adq0143\">Science Translational Medicine<\/a>, scientists from Stanford Medicine detail how mRNA COVID-19 vaccines can cause inflammatory heart damage in some recipients, particularly young men and adolescent males.<\/p>\n<div class=\"tgp-post-inline-1\">\n<div class=\"adcovery-postinline-01\"><\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p data-start=\"981\" data-end=\"1061\">The research identifies a two-step immune cascade triggered by the vaccines:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li data-start=\"1066\" data-end=\"1203\">Macrophages, first-responder immune cells, are activated by the mRNA shots and release high levels of a cytokine called CXCL10.<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"1207\" data-end=\"1301\">This, in turn, stimulates T cells to release IFN-gamma, another inflammatory cytokine.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Together, these two immune signals ignite inflammation that directly injures heart muscle cells, elevates cardiac troponin levels (a clinical marker of heart damage), and leads to myocarditis.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"1933\" data-end=\"1959\">Stanford now confirms:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"1963\" data-end=\"2021\">Myocarditis can occur <strong data-start=\"1985\" data-end=\"2004\">within 1\u20133 days<\/strong> of vaccination<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2024\" data-end=\"2095\">Elevated <strong data-start=\"2033\" data-end=\"2053\">cardiac troponin<\/strong> levels confirm real heart muscle injury<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2098\" data-end=\"2140\">Risk increases after the <strong data-start=\"2123\" data-end=\"2138\">second dose<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2143\" data-end=\"2180\">Incidence peaks in <strong data-start=\"2162\" data-end=\"2180\">males under 30<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2182\" data-end=\"2205\">According to the study:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2208\" data-end=\"2273\">About <strong data-start=\"2214\" data-end=\"2230\">1 in 140,000<\/strong> develop myocarditis after the first dose<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2276\" data-end=\"2321\">About <strong data-start=\"2282\" data-end=\"2297\">1 in 32,000<\/strong> after the second dose<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2324\" data-end=\"2376\">Among young males, the rate rises to <strong data-start=\"2361\" data-end=\"2376\">1 in 16,750<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2493\" data-end=\"2549\">Stanford researchers didn\u2019t stop at data analysis. They:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2553\" data-end=\"2621\">Vaccinated young male mice and observed <strong data-start=\"2593\" data-end=\"2621\">elevated troponin levels<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2624\" data-end=\"2690\">Found <strong data-start=\"2630\" data-end=\"2672\">macrophage and neutrophil infiltration<\/strong> into heart tissue<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2693\" data-end=\"2800\">Replicated the damage using <strong data-start=\"2721\" data-end=\"2748\">human cardiac spheroids<\/strong>\u2014lab-grown heart-like tissue that beats rhythmically<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"2802\" data-end=\"2879\">When exposed to vaccine-stimulated immune signals, the cardiac tissue showed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"2882\" data-end=\"2908\">Reduced beating strength<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2911\" data-end=\"2936\">Impaired heart function<\/li>\n<li data-start=\"2939\" data-end=\"2976\">Elevated markers of cellular stress<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Blocking CXCL10 and IFN-gamma dramatically reduced the damage \u2014 proving causation, not coincidence.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3137\" data-end=\"3358\">Despite the findings, Stanford Cardiovascular Institute Director Dr. Joseph Wu still dutifully recited the official talking points, insisting the vaccines were \u201cextremely safe\u201d and did a \u201ctremendous job\u201d mitigating COVID.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3137\" data-end=\"3358\">\u201cWithout these vaccines, more people would have gotten sick, more people would have had severe effects and more people would have died,\u201d he said.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3360\" data-end=\"3381\">But even Wu conceded:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li data-start=\"3384\" data-end=\"3428\">Severe cases can lead to <strong data-start=\"3409\" data-end=\"3428\">hospitalization<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3431\" data-end=\"3456\">Some require <strong data-start=\"3444\" data-end=\"3456\">ICU care<\/strong><\/li>\n<li data-start=\"3459\" data-end=\"3491\"><strong data-start=\"3459\" data-end=\"3469\">Deaths<\/strong>, while rare, do occur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p data-start=\"3493\" data-end=\"3679\">Those are facts that were aggressively downplayed, if not outright denied, while millions were coerced into vaccination under threat of job loss, school exclusion, or social ostracization.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3731\" data-end=\"3902\">Wu\u2019s team identified <strong data-start=\"3783\" data-end=\"3796\">genistein<\/strong>, a soy-derived compound with estrogen-like anti-inflammatory properties, as a potential protective agent.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"3904\" data-end=\"4003\">Pre-treating cells and animals with genistein significantly reduced vaccine-induced cardiac damage.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"4005\" data-end=\"4047\">\u201cNobody ever overdosed on tofu,\u201d Wu said.<\/p>\n<p>More from <a href=\"https:\/\/med.stanford.edu\/news\/all-news\/2025\/12\/myocarditis-vaccine-covid.html\">Stanford Medicine:<\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p class=\"prose-a:text-cardinal prose-a:font-normal hover:prose-a:text-cardinal-dark focus:prose-a:text-cardinal-dark template-[newsArticle]:[&amp;:is(:first-of-type)]:mt-0\" data-class=\"\">Wu and his colleagues conducted a series of experiments closely paralleling those described above, pre-treating cells, cardiac spheres and mice (the latter by oral administration of large quantities) with genistein. Doing this prevented much of the deleterious effects of mRNA vaccines or the CXCL10\/IFN-gamma combo to heart cells and tissue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"prose-a:text-cardinal prose-a:font-normal hover:prose-a:text-cardinal-dark focus:prose-a:text-cardinal-dark template-[newsArticle]:[&amp;:is(:first-of-type)]:mt-0\" data-class=\"\">The genistein Wu and his associates used was purer and more concentrated than the dietary supplement found in health food stores.<\/p>\n<p class=\"prose-a:text-cardinal prose-a:font-normal hover:prose-a:text-cardinal-dark focus:prose-a:text-cardinal-dark template-[newsArticle]:[&amp;:is(:first-of-type)]:mt-0\" data-class=\"\">\u201cIt\u2019s reasonable to believe that the mRNA-vaccine-induced inflammatory response may extend to other organs,\u201d Wu said. \u201cWe and others have seen some evidence of this in lung, liver and kidney. It\u2019s possible that genistein may also reverse these changes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"prose-a:text-cardinal prose-a:font-normal hover:prose-a:text-cardinal-dark focus:prose-a:text-cardinal-dark template-[newsArticle]:[&amp;:is(:first-of-type)]:mt-0\" data-class=\"\">Elevated inflammatory cytokine signaling could be a class effect of mRNA vaccines. Notably, IFN-gamma signaling is a fundamental defense mechanism against foreign DNA and RNA molecules, including viral nucleic acids, Wu said.<\/p>\n<p class=\"prose-a:text-cardinal prose-a:font-normal hover:prose-a:text-cardinal-dark focus:prose-a:text-cardinal-dark template-[newsArticle]:[&amp;:is(:first-of-type)]:mt-0\" data-class=\"\">\u201cYour body needs these cytokines to ward off viruses. It\u2019s essential to immune response but can become toxic in large amounts,\u201d he said. IFN-gamma secreted in large amounts, however lofty its purpose, can trigger myocarditis-like symptoms and degradation of structural heart muscle proteins.<\/p>\n<p class=\"prose-a:text-cardinal prose-a:font-normal hover:prose-a:text-cardinal-dark focus:prose-a:text-cardinal-dark template-[newsArticle]:[&amp;:is(:first-of-type)]:mt-0\" data-class=\"\">That risk probably extends beyond mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccines.<\/p>\n<p class=\"prose-a:text-cardinal prose-a:font-normal hover:prose-a:text-cardinal-dark focus:prose-a:text-cardinal-dark template-[newsArticle]:[&amp;:is(:first-of-type)]:mt-0\" data-class=\"\">\u201cOther vaccines can cause myocarditis and inflammatory problems, but the symptoms tend to be more diffuse,\u201d Wu said. \u201cPlus, mRNA-based COVID-19 vaccines\u2019 risks have received intense public scrutiny and media coverage. If you get chest pains from a COVID vaccine you go to the hospital to get checked out, and if the serum troponin is positive, then you get diagnosed with myocarditis.
