White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told reporters that the President\u2019s address would be a victory lap for his \u201caccomplishments over the past 11 months, all that he\u2019s done to bring our country back to greatness, and all he continues to plan to do to continue delivering for the American people over the next three years.<\/span>\u201c<\/span><\/p>\n

I know you guys will all be tuning in. It\u2019s going to be a really good speech. I was just in the Oval Office with the President discussing it. He\u2019s going to talk a lot about the accomplishments over the past 11 months, all that he\u2019s done to bring our country back to greatness, and all he continues to plan to do to continue delivering for the American people over the next three years.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Trump has delivered several addresses from the White House this term, but typically in the face of violent incidents like the murder of Ukrainian refugee Iryna Zarutska, the assassination of Turning Point USA co-founder Charlie Kirk, and the shooting of two National Guardsmen in Washington, DC, last month.<\/p>\n
