Rep Byron Donalds spoke at AmFest 2025<\/a> on Sunday warning of the dangers of Democratic Socialism and Sharia law.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you really think that coping and seething is the path to victory, you are fooling yourselves,\u201d Donalds said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe path to victory is a movement united, based around core principles, that knocks doors, that goes speaks to voters, that registers them to vote and gets them out to the polls,\u201d Donalds said.<\/p>\n

\u201cVictory is finding leaders who stand by these principles,\u201d Donalds continued.<\/p>\n

\u201cDemocratic Socialism is the thing that will destroy America. Radical Sharia, radical Sharia, is the thing that will destroy America,\u201d Donalds warned.<\/p>\n

Rep Donalds honored Charlie Kirk and explained that he has fought for America, and for faith.<\/p>\n

\u201cWhat came to my mind, and what came to my spirit was the verse that defined the other fighter of our movement, Charlie Kirk,\u201d Donalds said.<\/p>\n

\u201cThat\u2019s found in 2nd Timothy 1:7. \u2018For God has not given us a spirit of fear and timidity, but of power, love, and self-discipline,’\u201d Donalds quoted. <\/p>\n

\u201cCharlie was a fighter who wore the armor of God. He was a fighter that tried to embrace those, even when they disagreed with him,\u201d Donalds continued.<\/p>\n
