US District Judge Laura Provinzino, a Biden appointee, said the protestors, Nekima Armstrong and Chauntyll Allen, are not a serious flight risk.<\/p>\n

The judge set release conditions:<\/p>\n

The FBI arrested <\/a>BLM activist Nekima Armstrong on Thursday morning for her role in storming Cities Church in St. Paul, Minnesota, on Sunday.<\/p>\n

Armstrong was charged with Conspiracy Against Rights, a federal crime that carries up to ten years in prison.<\/p>\n
