Gretchen Whitmer\u2019s presidential aspirations may have died this week. The Michigan governor was in Munich for the security conference, along with other Democrat hopefuls.<\/p>\n

At one point, she was asked about the future of Ukraine and she completely bombed the answer, while saying that other people like AOC know more about foreign policy than she does.<\/p>\n

If you saw AOC\u2019s shining moment from this event,<\/a> you know how bad it is for Whitmer to claim she knows even less than AOC does.<\/p>\n

The moderator asks: \u201cOn Ukraine, what does victory look like?<\/p>\n

Whitmer responds: \u201cThe two that I am on the panel with are much more steeped in foreign policy than a Governor is.\u201d <\/p>\n

\u201cI do think that Ukraine\u2019s independence, keeping their land mass and having the support of all the allies, I think, is the goal.\u201d<\/p>\n

During a “foreign policy” panel in Munich, Gretchen Whitmer said AOC knew more about foreign policy than her. She struggled to answer about Ukraine and even looked to a Trump ambassador for an answer.<\/p>\n

Why do AOC and Whitmer sound like babbling idiots when they seek to defend their positions against even the slightest criticism? Because they have never had to. In all the rooms and meetings they\u2019ve experienced, their nonsense is greeted with grins and finger snaps of approval.<\/p>\n

The danger here is of the highest order because we may be electing socialists who literally do not know how to make things work. Zany Zohran Mamdani has been mayor of New York City for just over a month. He couldn\u2019t handle the snow, he can\u2019t remove the trash and people are freezing to death on the streets.<\/p>\n

The sad bottom line is that the American left, which has taken over the Democratic Party, has no true intellectual underpinnings. Like Seinfeld, it is ultimately a political ideology about nothing and the clearest danger to American values that exists today.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

That answer from Whitmer is probably going to appear in campaign ads. So will AOC\u2019s word salad.<\/p>\n
