Dawn Light was arraigned in court on Wednesday for intimidating Lindsey Clancy jurors when they left deliberations on Tuesday.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier<\/a> today, Dawn Light from Sussex, Massachusetts, was taken into custody at approximately 3:40 p.m. outside the courthouse in Plymouth, just minutes after jurors were dismissed for the day without reaching a verdict.<\/p>\n

Massachusetts State Police charged Light with one count of intimidation of a witness, juror, or person furnishing information in connection with criminal proceedings. She is expected to be arraigned on Wednesday.<\/p>\n

According to the\u00a0Boston Herald,<\/a>\u00a0Light allegedly attempted to photograph the jury as its members left the courthouse.<\/p>\n

CBS Boston reporter Kristina Rex separately reported that jurors allegedly noticed they were being filmed.<\/p>\n

Fox News<\/a>\u00a0reported that attorneys on either side could potentially request a mistrial over the incident.<\/p>\n

On Wednesday morning, Dawn Light was arraigned in court for intimidating Lindsey Clancy jurors.<\/p>\n

Reporter on the Scene:<\/strong>\u00a0 To protect the sanctity of the judicial system, these jurors, there was a court order by Judge Sullivan in which there was a supplemental order regarding protocol for media coverage of you. Essentially, according to Judge Sullivan and Rule 119, the court prohibits the filming or photographing of any juror at any time, including during court proceedings, court proceedings and court-conducted view. No person shall contact, follow, interview, or communicate in any way with the juror prior to the discharge of the jury or otherwise harass or tamper with a juror before, during, or after the view. Although she states that she was looking\u2014<\/p>\n

And the state of Massachusetts, Dana, clearly not messing around here. She is facing one charge, felony charge of jury jury intimidation. You heard the prosecutor mentioning that not only was she taking pictures, she was videoing these jurors. She went into a restricted area. She entered a plea of not guilty,<\/strong> we are told. And just to show how serious this is, she\u2019s facing potentially up to 20 years in prison<\/strong> because the Lindsay Clancy case involves a potential life sentence. That potentially increases the, the penalties in this case. So that woman is in a whole lot of legal hot water right now, Dan.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

She entered a plea of \u201cnot guilty.\u201d Good luck with that, Dawn.<\/p>\n

News Nation<\/a> reported that Light allegedly had videos of potential Clancy jurors in a deleted folder on her phone, according to prosecutors. <\/p>\n
