Indiana Democrat candidate Jaime West launches into a bizarre anti-MAGA tirade during a candidate interview<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n

The Indiana Democrat candidate who went viral last week for an stunningly bizarre performance has broken her silence and revealed what caused it.<\/p>\n

As The Gateway Pundit\u2019s Jim Hoft reported<\/a>, Jamie West (also listed as Jaime West), the Democrat nominee for Fayette County Council District 4 in Connersville, sat down for a candidate forum that observers have described as a \u201cdrunken, vodka-riddled tirade.\u201d<\/p>\n

The interview quickly veered into an emotional, hard-to-follow monologue about state legislation, fire services, data centers, and her dislike of Republicans.<\/p>\n

Some of her wildest moments including her vowing to \u201cfire all Republicans,\u201d warning \u201cWe have guns too,\u201d and demanding that data centers pay every resident $10,000.<\/p>\n

This was something that one could mistaken for a Saturday Night Live skit, if SNL ever bothered to make fun of Democrats.<\/p>\n

This is WILD. I legit thought it was a skit\/high school video project.<\/p>\n

It is 100% real.<\/p>\n

This is Jaime West (Democratic Party) \u2013 she\u2019s running for election for Fayette County Council, District 4 in Indiana.<\/p>\n

I had to make sure she did not have a neurological disorder that could account for the slurred speech and insane rambling.<\/p>\n

She doesn\u2019t.<\/p>\n

And even if she did have a diagnosed neurological disorder, \u201cwe have guns too!\u201d after talking about firing all Republicans would ordinarily be disqualifying.<\/p>\n

On Monday night, West appeared on Piers Morgan Uncensored to speak about what exactly happened that fateful evening.<\/p>\n

Morgan said that many people assumed that she might have \u201chad a drink\u201d beforehand.<\/p>\n

\u201cDid you,\u201d he asked.<\/p>\n

WEST: I was NERVOUS, okay! I was going into a room full of Republicans!<\/p>\n

MORGAN: Jamie, here\u2019s your chance to be completely honest and transparent. How many beers did you have?<\/p>\n

WEST: All right. Three beers.<\/p>\n

MORGAN: Three beers. Okay, well, it\u2019s trebled in the last 30 seconds.<\/p>\n

WEST: What do you want me to say, man?! I had three beers, okay?!<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

Morgan then asked West if she had anything to drink before their interview (she said no).<\/p>\n

Then, he gave West an opportunity to blame the alcohol for she disgusting remarks about Republicans. She declined.<\/p>\n

\u201cI say it all the time,\u201d she admitted. \u201cI\u2019m not friends with them. I don\u2019t like them.\u201d<\/p>\n

There is an old Latin saying called \u201cin vino veritas\u201d which means \u201cin wine, there is truth.\u201d Or in West\u2019s case, beer.<\/p>\n

This also explains why Democrat politicians generally only tell the truth when they are intoxicated.<\/p>\n
