A judge has ordered President Trump to sit for a deposition by December 11 in his defamation case against the BBC.<\/p>\n

Last November, the BBC got caught editing Trump\u2019s January 6 speech to make it sound like he encouraged rioting.<\/p>\n

According to The Telegraph, an internal whistleblower memo revealed the BBC \u201cdoctored\u201d Trump\u2019s speech to make it sound like he was telling supporters to march over to the Capitol and \u201cfight like hell.\u201d<\/p>\n

Recall that former Special Counsel Jack Smith January 6 Committee members also lied about President Trump\u2019s January 6 speech.<\/p>\n

Jack Smith, much like the corrupt liars on the January 6 Committee omitted Trump\u2019s call for his supporters to protest \u201cpeacefully and patriotically.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cHe leaves out the part that Donald Trump said, \u2018I want you to protest peacefully and patriotically.\u2019 \u2013 Peacefully and patriotically. Those are the two words that bring him within the First Amendment!\u201d Dershowitz added.<\/p>\n

President Trump last December filed<\/a> a $10 billion defamation suit against the BBC.<\/p>\n

A magistrate judge ordered Trump to sit for a deposition by December 11 or face sanctions up to dismissal, the AP reported.<\/p>\n

A federal judge on Thursday ordered President Donald Trump to sit for a deposition in his $10 billion defamation lawsuit against the BBC by Dec. 11.<\/p>\n

The order from U.S. Magistrate Judge Enjoliqu\u00e9 Lett came as the BBC\u2019s lawyers complained that Trump had delayed his appearance. Attorney Charles Tobin said that with two months left in the discovery period, \u201cwe still haven\u2019t been able to depose the plaintiff.\u201d<\/p>\n

Lett said Trump must sit for a deposition by Dec. 11, or face sanctions up to dismissal of his lawsuit -\u2013 unless the discovery period was extended past Dec. 18.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
