Sidney Powell\u2019s countersuit against Dominion Voting machines was thrown out today by the judge overseeing the case.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Washington Examiner<\/a> reported earlier today:<\/p>\n

O<\/span>n Wednesday, a federal judge tossed out a counterlawsuit from lawyer\u00a0Sidney Powell<\/a>\u00a0that was levied against\u00a0Dominion Voting Systems<\/a>\u00a0in an attempt by the Trump associate to fend off the massive defamation lawsuit against her.<\/p>\n

U.S. District Judge Carl Nichols sided with Dominion Voting Systems in determining that her lawsuit failed to demonstrate that the company\u2019s\u00a0legal skirmish<\/a>\u00a0against her amounted to an \u201cabuse of process.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cPowell must allege that Dominion, after filing its suit, performed some act that perverted the judicial process,\u201d\u00a0Nichols wrote<\/a>. \u201cPowell\u2019s complaint fails to link her abuse-of-process claim to any act that Dominion has taken other than filing and pursuing its lawsuit.\u201d<\/p>\n

In her countersuit, Powell sought $10 million in damages, alleging that the company filed a defamation suit against her in a \u201cpublic relations campaign\u201d to \u201cpunish and make an example\u201d of the lawyer while also concealing its election malfeasance.<\/p>\n

Dominion Voting Systems has been subjected to heavily disputed allegations that\u00a0it tampered<\/a>\u00a0with the 2020 election to tip the election to President Joe Biden. Powell has long trafficked and peddled such claims.<\/p>\n

The company has vehemently denied allegations of election meddling levied against them and filed a whopping $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit against her last year.<\/p>\n

Others such as Fox News, MyPillow CEO Mike Lindell, and attorney Rudy Giuliani have also found themselves in Dominion Voting Systems\u2019s legal crosshairs and slapped with similar defamation suits for purportedly spreading comparable claims.<\/p>\n

Judge Nichols<\/a> is a Trump judge.\u00a0 He dismissed a similar action by Lindell back in May.<\/p>\n

There are many issues with voting machines used in the US as claimed by Democrats only a few years ago.<\/p>\n\n

Being one of the largest voting machine companies used in elections in the US, Dominion received a lot of press after the 2020 Election.<\/p>\n

One prominent professor, Alex Halderman, looked into Dominion\u2019s voting machines in Georgia.\u00a0 Although his report has been kept hidden by far-left Judge Amy Totenberg to this day, CISA came out with a report where it discussed the results of Halderman\u2019s report.\u00a0 CISA noted that the Dominion system under review allowed hackers to insert malicious code that could alter election results.<\/p>\n

Some IT experts believe that the Dominion machines put in use around the country were not properly hardened.\u00a0 This suggests they never should have been put in use.<\/p>\n

We\u2019ll have to see what comes out from Dominion\u2019s cases against a couple of the best attorneys in US history (Giuliani and Powell).\u00a0 Based on Democrats\u2019 own words and professor Halderman\u2019s work on the machines over the past decade, it looks like Dominion will have a hard time proving that its machines are without material flaws.<\/p>\n
