Biden’s DOJ Blocks MAGA Grandmother from Attending Trump’s Inauguration After She Walked Inside the US Capitol with a USA Flag on Jan. 6 – Says It Would Traumatizing to Capitol Police
Cindy Young, a grandmother from New Hampshire was arrested by the Joe Biden DOJ for walking inside the US Capitol on January 6, 2021 with a USA flag.
According to the arresting report Young was brought into custody without incident.
Boston.com reported:
Young is shown entering the Capitol through the Senate Wing doors at around 2:22 p.m., according to officials.
“After entering, Young traveled through varying areas of the Capitol. Young came into possession of a Trump 2020 and an American flag,” according to court documents, Boston 25 News reported.
Chris Wray’s FBI spent days investigating this ‘dangerous’ grandma before her arrest.
Now, Cindy wants to attend the inauguration of President Donald Trump in January.
But toxic and lawless anti-Trump US Attorney Matthew Graves won’t allow her to attend.
Her presence might traumatize the police officers who saw her walking with an American flag through the US Capitol!

January 6th Prosecutors Still Want Their Pound Of Flesh
The prosecution in Cindy Young’s January 6th trial that concluded in August has responded to a motion filed on her behalf by attorney Jonathan Gross. Ms. Young through her defense counsel had asked for permission for her to travel to Washington DC to support President-Elect Donald Trump during his inauguration. The prosections response to the requested modification of post-sentencing release stated that Ms. Young, a 67-year-old grandmother, was convicted of 4 nonviolent misdemeanors, which are dubious in and of themselves.
Young was sentenced to four months’ incarceration and 12 months of supervised release on November 24, 2024. her “presence at an event staffed by law enforcement would not only present danger but would cause further victimization for the officers who Young has publicly mocked.”

Young attempts to support her motion by pointing to prior trips to Washington, D.C. “no incidents” as evidence of why she should be able to travel on January 20, 2025.
Upon learning of the news this morning Mrs.Young stated the following:
“On January 6, 2021 I travelled to DC to see my president DJT speak. We all know how that day turned out. But, what we continue to uncover and discover is that the truths of that day were far different from the fairy tale that our prosecution and judges continue to play out in the court rooms of DC.
Their most recent response to my motion to travel to DC to attend and celebrate the inauguration of the President that I voted for once again, the person that I stood by and have endured 4 years of ongoing persecution and falsities about my character is just another example. These people do not know me, they have no idea or even concern to understand who I am and that I do not represent the threatening villain that they need to create as a part of their J6 fantasy.
Their biggest “beef” – that would be how my judge would say it as he has in his opinions, is that I mock them. Reading and listening to the majority of Americans today, I would venture to say I am not alone. If mocking is a danger or creates “victimization” as the prosecution continues to argue.. our society is in vast trouble. There used to be this little but very important thing called the 1st amendment that allows our citizenry to express ideas, say and believe what we want. The judge expressed that while I have this right, my thoughts and ideas are “alarming”. I tell my granddaughter to ignore things that others might say that disturb her. She, as a 12 year old is able to understand this very simple concept.
I truly did not expect to have this motion granted, as that would certainly be unprecedented in the corrupt cess pool of Washington, DC. It would present a challenge to every false narrative they have spun over the past 4 years. What I will not accept is their continued barrage of lies about my character. I do not accept any of their twisted fabrication of facts that they continue to construct about myself or my fellow patriots.
We will witness the truths about this day in history! My prosector took pleasure in a closing statement saying that “when this darkest day in history is remembered and written about in the history books, that I would be remembered for the traitor to our country that I am”. I think she might want to pay attention to the upcoming days ahead and rethink that statement!
The government also likes to continually express its reasoning for all of their actions against me due to my lack of remorse and responsibility for the January 6th event. I think if anyone is paying attention to the discoveries and exposure of the criminal activities of that day as of recent they would agree, that I have nothing to accept responsibility or be remorseful for. That day was a contrived, planned, and executed setup against American Patriots who only wanted free and fairness in our electoral process.

This can’t be the direction we allow our country to continue moving in. Some would think that after the American people loudly and roundly mocked the entirety of the Democrat party, including their ridiculous fever dream of an “Insurrection” that never happened on January 6th, the message would be loud and clear. But no, these Democrats want blood and they aren’t stopping between now and Inauguration Day.
We can’t continue to tiptoe around these issues anymore and we need Donald Trump to make a public statement about these continued miscarriages of justice disguised at court proceedings in a DC courthouse. Because the very people who are conducting these witch trials, in proceedings that would make a third-world South American Banana Republic blush, continue to ignore the sentiment and will of the vast majority of the American people.
At some point these vicious and lawless US attorneys and DC Judges should face their crimes in their own courtrooms.
