On Saturday news broke that country music legend Naomi Judd had died.
Her famous daughters Wynonna and Ashley Judd released a statement saying their mother had died from the disease of mental illness.

Her daughters said in a statement to the AP, “Today we sisters experienced a tragedy. We lost our beautiful mother to the disease of mental illness. We are shattered.”

Wynonna and Ashley were honored the next day at the Country Music Hall of Fame. The two daughters broke down when they joined the Country Music Hall of Fame on Sunday.
On Monday the coroner confirmed that Naomi Judd had committed suicide. How tragic.

The country legend took her own life on Saturday, multiple sources confirmed to People magazine.
A rep for Judd told Fox News Digital on Monday: “There is an investigation by law enforcement and the coroner’s office.”
